Hi! I’m Eleonore op de Beeck, I’m a of veterinary medicine and biomedical science, I have a degree in holistic nutrition, a Masters in food safety and infectious diseases, I’ve worked as a chef on private yachts, and I’m a conservationist at heart!
I’ve created a program to become plant-based in 90 days as a result of my own journey from being very unhappy with my overall health and weight to losing nearly 10 kg, feeling super energized and experiencing no pains whatsoever.
And as a vet and conservationist, I couldn’t look the other way, it made no sense to love animals as much as I do, and then to eat them, too! 
During my years  I’ve also worked as a chef on boats, gaining loads of cooking experience and planning ahead for meals and creating shopping lists as well as not wasting food! I even took part on the Spanish version of Masterchef!
