I’m Eleonore and I have been plant-based since 2011 and besides having studied nutrition I have worked as a chef on super yachts with high end clients expecting great looking and tasty food, which has provided me the experience to not only create stunning looking and delicious dishes but also the experience in reducing food waste, costs, meal prepping as well as taking proper hygiene measures  to prevent cross contamination and food born illnesses.
